U12's holding their own at the highest level

Our U12s who are playing in the top tier of their Championship are two and two so far; two wins against two losses.

Home advantage seems to be a big factor in underage competitions as the team is unbeaten at home and winless away with the exception of a friendly outing to Craughwell.

Most recently they lost narrowly away to Athenry on a score of 1-06 to 1-04 on a pitch heavy from the day's downpours. Previously, they lost away to Clarinbridge, one of the strongest clubs at underage in recent years on their first outing. In between they have recorded wins against Salthill/Knocknacarra and Turloughmore.

Several of the under 12 side have featured prominently in the U14's run to the County final.
