Reminder Launch of 2012 Calendar and Double DVD of Finals

The launch of the Connacht Final and County DVDs takes place on Wednesday next 21st December in The Forge upstairs. The team will be presented with a copy of the DVDs each and the County Final programme by Ann Marie Kelly, who has sponsored the DVDs for the team. The DVDs contain the full matches vs Killimordaly in the County Final and Four Roads in the Connacht final as well as both Cup presentations and acceptance speeches. The County Final DVD also features a number of post match interviews with players, management and officials. Events kick off at 8.30pm and all are welcome to attend. The DVD set can be purchased or ordered on the night. The price of the double DVD is €25. Members and supporters intending to send DVDs to the US should specify this and the DVDs will be provided in the appropriate format.

In conjunction with the DVD, we are also launching a 2012 Calendar which features several superb action shots from our victorious 2011campaign. Our most recent winners, our u15A City League winners are also featured. The calendar also includes photo montages of VHI Cúl Campa, Fr Fitzgerald Cups, recent and past and numerous shots of suppoters and alickadoos. Another interesting feature is a graphic of the format and provisional calendar for the radically changed 2012 Galway Senior Championship. The calendar is an interesting souvenier of what has been a fantastic year in 2011 ans looks forward to new adventures in 2012. A limiited supply of the calendar will be on sale on the night at a cost of €10

Finally, we are planning a Victory Presentation Dinner on Saturday January 14th 2012 at the Galway Bay Hotel in Salthill. The event will see the players presented with their medals and celebrate their achievements. The venue capacity is 320 but 100 tickets are already spoken for. Tickets are priced at €30 and will be available at the Forge on the 21st.

Text and email is preferable as it will give an exact confirmation of who for and how many items are required.
