Championship Schedule Announced

The club championship season is beginning to come into view with our first Adult team in championship action on 18th July when the Junior B team have a tough task as they will be away taking on last year's losing finalists. Mágh Cuilinn are in a group of six with the group stages set to conclude by 12th September. Two teams will qualify for the quarter finals so mostly wins will be needed to progress. Their opener is closely followed by our U20 team who are home to Salthill/Knocknacarra two days later on the 20th July. The U20 team are in a group of four although with three groups, the third team will have another opportunity to reach the quarter finals. The Senior and Intermediate Championships are due to start on 11th September with games every fortnight. Before that on the weekend of August 12/13th, Magh Cuilinn will have the opportunity to decide their fate with regard to whether it is Senior hurling in 2021 or Intermediate again as they take on Kilconieron in the long postponed 2020 Intermediate Championship final.
