With their testing triumph in Connacht behind them, Maigh Cuilinn now begin their All-Ireland campaign and face another stern test almost immediately with an All Ireland Quarter final game against London champions, Robert Emmetts, who already won the All Ireland trophy in 2007 beating Killimordaly in the final. The game takes pace in Ruislip in Greater London on Sunday November 27th with the throw in time expected to be 1.00pm.
The Semifinals are to be played on the weekend of January 21/22 2012, where a successful Maigh Cuilinn side would meet the Leinster Champions while the final itself will be played on Saturday 10th February at Croke Park of course, probably under lights.
Meanwhile preparations are underway for half of Moycullen to decamp to London if flight and accommodation activity are anything to go by. Unfortunately, the brief flirtation with a charter flight proved not feasible but thank you to all who tried to support the idea when asked about it. Team travel arrangements have been finalised so time now to focus on the game and the opposition. Good luck to all in their quest to make it to the game.
